The Quest for Cleanliness

As a knight of the realm, it is your duty to maintain the highest standards of menstural hygiene. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Washing thy hands in scalding hot water at least thrice a week
2. Donning a clean undergarment every morning, lest the stench of last night's ale stain offend thy fellow man
3. Praying daily to the goddess of the moon for relief from cramps and bloating
4. Avoiding the use of metal implements during thy time of the month, lest they rust and cause discomfort
5. Seeking the counsel of a wisewoman for guidance on the use of herbal remedies

Failure to comply with these standards shall result in the following penalties:

• The loss of thy noble title
• The forfeiture of thy right to wear the colors of the realm
• The banishment from the great hall of the castle
• The scorn of thy fellow knights
