We have three levels of certification:
Level 1: Debt-Reducer - You can pay the minimum payment on time, but only just. (4 credits, 2 months)
Level 2: Debt-Controller - You have a plan, and it involves paying off your debts in a vaguely-organized manner. (12 credits, 6 months)
Level 3: Debt-Aristocrat - You've mastered the art of debt management, and have a solid 20-year plan. (24 credits, 12 months)
