Decision Fatigue Hacks: Because Adulting is Hard
Warning: This site contains highly addictive decision-making strategies. Use at your own risk.
Are you tired of making decisions that don't actually help you achieve your goals? Do you find yourself scrolling through social media, wondering what to wear, eat, or watch on Netflix? You're not alone.
Method 1: The 5-Second Rule (or 5-Second Rule for Procrastinators)
When faced with a decision, count down from 5: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1... BLINDLY CLICK "YES" OR "NO". Repeat as necessary.
Side effects may include:
- Unintentional purchase of 17 unnecessary items on Amazon
- Unnecessary arguments with family members
- Increased risk of spontaneous combustion (just kidding, or are we?)

Method 2: Randomizer 3000
Use our Randomizer 3000 to generate a random choice for you. No need to think, just roll the dice and go with it.
Method 3: The "Good Enough" Principle
Set a timer for 10 minutes. When the timer goes off, stop thinking about it and just do "good enough".
Side effects may include:
- Regret, but not too much
- Increased risk of developing a taste for mediocrity
