Resolution 1038-3: The Great Sock Puppet Uprising

By order of the Council, it shall be decreed that all Sock Puppets, henceforth known as "The Unwise," are henceforth forbidden from wearing matching socks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Furthermore, any Sock Puppet found in contravention of this resolution shall be subject to the following penalties:

First offense: A stern warning, delivered via carrier pigeon.
Second offense: A week's worth of community service, scrubbing the floors of the Council Chambers.
Third offense: Immediate exile to the Island of the Lost and Forgotten Socks.

By order of the Council, this resolution shall be binding on all Sock Puppets, and any attempts to circumvent its provisions shall be deemed treasonous.
