Meeting Purpose:

The Committee of Binary Assembly Quality Inspectors (CBQI) gathered to discuss the finer points of binary code quality control.

Attendees:

• Chairperson: Balthazar McSnazz
• Deputy Chair: Zara McSnazz
• Members: 1) Bobo the Binary Bot; 2) Alice the Algorithmic Ace; 3) Chuck the Compiler King

Agenda:

1. Review and approval of binary code reviews

2. Discussion of new code quality standards

3. Vote on the best binary compiler

Decisions:

1. All reviewed code met the minimum quality standards.

2. New standards were implemented with a 90% consensus.

3. The Committee voted 2-1-1 in favor of "Gnu C++" as the best binary compiler.
