Soft and Spready Protocol

As per the Soft and Spready Protocol, all cheese towers must be inspected for softness before consumption. Any tower deemed too hard will be immediately quarantined and subject to further testing.

Our team of highly trained cheese experts will inspect the tower for the following criteria:

• Spreadability Index (S.I.): 0-10, measuring the ease of spreadability
• Creaminess Factor (C.F.): 0-10, measuring the level of creaminess
• Stringiness Coefficient (S.C.): 0-10, measuring the stringiness of the cheese

Don't worry, we take the safety of our cheese seriously. Our inspectors use the following equipment:

• Inspection Glove (Patent Pending)
• Soft-Reader 9000 (Patent Pending)
