Decree Number 42: The Emperor's Declaration of War

By the authority vested in me, I, Emperor Zorg, declare war on our neighboring kingdoms. Their puny attempts at diplomacy have been met with disdain. Our armies shall march forth, bringing glory and terror to our foes.

Announcements for the war effort have been sent to all our subjects.

Article 1: The Emperor's Mandate

By the power vested in me, I hereby declare that all neighboring kingdoms shall be brought under our dominion. Their resources shall be plundered, their armies shall be crushed.

Annex 001: The Conquest of Azuria, a neighboring kingdom, shall be our first target.

Declared this day, on the 1st of April, in the year 2023 of the Emperor's Reign.
