By order of the Intergalactic Overlord, it is hereby decreed that:

1. All citizens of planet Zorvath are required to wear funny hats on Fridays.
2. Alien species are not allowed to use the phrase "Resistance is Futile" without paying a fine of 100 space credits.
3. Coffee is the official beverage of the Intergalactic Empire.

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

1. Reeducation through intense exposure to the "Galactic Rock" music playlist.
2. Fines of up to 10,000 space credits.
3. Reassignment to a remote planet for "reeducation" purposes.
