Phase 3: The "I Told You So" Phase

We're at the point where we're not even pretending anymore. The initial idea was to "improve" the city's public transportation system. Now we're just trying to make it worse. Much, much worse.

Phase 3 involves installing a new "fun" feature: randomly playing loud, obnoxious music at 3am every time you try to get to work.

But wait, there's more! Phase 3 also includes:

• Replacing all streetlights with strobe lights to "enhance" the ambiance
• Introducing a new "pay-to-play" system for all public parks, because who needs nature when you can pay to play a game of mini-golf?
• Rebranding the city's official motto to "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here"
