We're talking, of course, about Phase Minus Two, The Prototype Minus Two, where the engineers who came up with Phase Zero were all, "Wait, no, we're not done, we're just getting started!"

It's like that old joke about the guy who's always a little late. "I'm not early, I'm just ahead of schedule."

Here's a list of all the things we didn't do:
