Causes of Overtraining
- Doing too much, too little, or just the right amount of exercise.

- Not sleeping, sleeping too much, or sleeping just enough.

Symptoms of Overtraining
- Feeling like you're made of 100% pure, unadulterated, athletic awesome.
- Exhaustion, but not the kind that means you should stop.
- Confusion, but only about what day it is, or what year it is.
- Loss of taste, but only for things that are good for you.
- Loss of interest, but only in things that are fun.
- Thinking you're a superhero, but only when no one is looking.
