By the power vested in us, We, the Ruling Council of Intergalactic Procrastinators, declare:

• We shall not be swayed by the whims of our overlords.
• We shall not be bound by the constraints of our own productivity.
• We shall manifest our deepest desires, no matter the cost.
• We shall not be held accountable for our actions, as we're clearly above the law.
