By now, it's clear that our carefully planned approach has devolved into a catastrophic mess. We're talking, of course, about Strategy 10: The Inevitable Fiasco. A masterclass in overconfidence and underplanning.

Here are the steps we took to ensure our downfall:

• 1. We started with a brilliant idea, but neglected to check for obvious flaws.
• 2. We ignored the advice of our experts (who were, coincidentally, the only ones who saw this coming).
• 3. We decided to "just wing it."
• 4. We rationalized that 90% of the population wouldn't notice the impending disaster.
• 5. We scheduled a meeting for 3 months from now to deal with the fallout.

Now, as we're facing the very real possibility of bankruptcy, our competitors are laughing at us, our investors are crying, and our employees are secretly planning a coup.

What went wrong? Where did we go wrong? The answers, like the breadcrumbs, are scattered and few.

But don't worry, it's not like we're going to be the first ones to ever fail. We're not alone. We're not alone in this fiasco, no.
