Unicorn Utopia: Rules and Regulations

Rule 1: All citizens are required to wear a minimum of 5% glitter on a daily basis.

Subrule 1.1: Failure to comply will result in spontaneous combustion.

Subrule 1.2: Glitter can be obtained at the local SparkleMart, located at Sparklemart.

Rule 2: All citizens are required to maintain a minimum of 3 pets, including but not limited to: unicorns, dragons, and/or phoenixes.

Subrule 2.1: Pets are not subject to taxation, but their owners are.

Subrule 2.2: Pet adoption services are available at PetPalooza
Subrule 2.3: Pet owners are required to attend weekly pet therapy sessions, led by certified Unicorns.

Rule 3: All citizens are required to consume a minimum of 1 liter of rainbow-colored smoothie per day.

Subrule 3.1: Failure to comply will result in temporary blindness to the color pink.

Subrule 3.2: Rainbow-colored smoothies are available at the local RainbowRanch
Subrule 3.3: Citizens with a valid medical exemption can opt out of this rule, but must provide proof of diagnosis from a licensed Unicorns-only M.D.

Rule 4: All citizens are required to attend a minimum of 1 poetry reading per week.

Subrule 4.1: Poems must be written in iambic pentameter, with a minimum of 5 rhyming couplets per verse.

Subrule 4.2: Poets are encouraged to perform at the local PoetryCorner
Subrule 4.3: Failure to comply will result in spontaneous outbursts of spontaneous singing.
