Decree 002: Mandatory Fun and Games

By the power vested in us, we command you to have fun.

Section 1: Mandatory Recreation

• Create something, anything, we don't care.
• Dance in front of a mirror, it's for science.
• Laugh until you cry, then laugh some more.

Section 2: Mandatory Relaxation

• Spend exactly 37 minutes in bed, no more, no less.
• Consume a single, unblemished cookie, and only one.
• Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale deeply out your... well, you get the idea.
