In the year 3056, the great and powerful Overlord Xexuon decreed that Appendix 1: The Officially Approved List of Things Not Allowed would be the definitive guide to acceptable behavior in the land of Xexuon. Anyone found to be violating this decree shall face the full force of the dreaded Punishments of the Unyielding.
The text of the decree reads:
"Let it be known throughout Xexuon that from this day forward, any and all citizens, subject to my will, shall refrain from eating anything with more than three syllables in its name. This includes, but is not limited to, appendices of any sort, as well as any and all things with more than three syllables that may or may not be edible."
