The Council of Unconventional Visionaries: Decree 1
By the powers vested in us, we, the Council of Unconventional Visionaries, do hereby declare:
National Pancake Day to be observed annually on the third Tuesday of every March. All citizens are expected to participate in the following manner:
- Eating a minimum of 3 pancakes for breakfast.
- Eating a minimum of 2 pancakes for lunch.
- Eating a minimum of 1 pancake for dinner.
Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Forced viewing of reruns of 'The Great British Baking Show.'
- Forced attendance to a 'Pancake Appreciation Workshop.'
- Forced subscription to a monthly pancake-of-the-month club.
