Decree 1, Subsection 1.1: "On the Proper Use of Staplers"

By the power vested in me, Steve the Boss, I hereby decree that all staplers shall be used for their intended purpose, which is to attach papers to papers.

Any misuse of the stapler, including but not limited to, using it as a makeshift hammer, chisel, or projectile, shall be met with severe consequences.
