Scheduling Conundrum

It appears that Committee Member 1 is having trouble fitting their schedule into the existing timeline.

A hastily scrawled note on the whiteboard reads:

"I have a conflict, I have a conflict, I have a conflict"

A nearby sticky note adds:

"Try the calendar of the ancients. Maybe they have a solution."

Or, you know, you could just wing it.
