Decree 1, Subsection 1.1 - "The Unseen Shall Be Seen"
Resolution 1: The Unseen Shall be provided with a new set of Invisible Goggles to enhance their ability to perceive the Invisible Spectrum.
Resolution 2: The Unseen Shall be granted access to the Secret Library of Lost Knowledge, hidden deep within the depths of the Unseen Archives.
Resolution 3: All Unseen Shall be required to wear a Name Tag with their assigned Unseen Number for identification purposes.
