In the great tradition of completely ignoring the well-being of others, we, the Council of Utter Disregard, hereby declare the following:
Article 1: We shall not listen to anyone who has anything useful to say.
Article 2: We shall disregard the most basic human rights in favor of our own convenience.
Article 3: We shall not bother to read the fine print, nor shall we bother to care.
And so, we decree, in the name of utter disregard, that this document shall be the law of the land.
Subsection 1.2.1.1: Enforcement of this decree shall be the responsibility of the Department of Utter Disregard, who shall be responsible for making sure that everyone else is ignored.
Subsection 1.2.1.2: Appeals of this decree shall not be heard, as we, the Council of Utter Disregard, are the final authorities on all matters of utter disregard.
