By Order of the Chairperson

As the supreme ruler of this committee, I hereby decree that all meetings shall be held in the nearest available coffee shop.

Decree Details:

Meets at 3:00 PM sharp.
Free coffee and donuts provided, but not for the Chairperson.
All decisions shall be made by the Chairperson, because I said so.

Important Notice:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Chairperson's schedule has been altered. All meetings shall now be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
