As the esteemed Vice-Chair of Decree 1, I hereby declare the official policy on all matters relating to the distribution of donuts.

By order of the committee, donuts shall be distributed in the following manner:

• Glazed donuts shall be served only on Wednesdays.
• Old-style jelly-filled donuts are hereby prohibited.
• Donut holes are only acceptable as a last resort.
