Decree 1, Subsection 1.4: Committee Procedures

The Committee of Unconventional Procedures (CUP) is a governing body that oversees the implementation of unorthodox methods in local governance. Our primary goal is to ensure that all citizens are adequately confused by our decision-making process.

Subsection 1.4: The Art of Protracted Meetings

Meetings shall be scheduled for at least 4 hours in advance, but no earlier than 6 months prior.
Each meeting shall be preceded by an 8-hour waiting period, to allow sufficient time for all attendees to forget the purpose of the meeting.
Minutes shall be kept, but only in crayon on a napkin, as this is the most secure method of record-keeping.
