The esteemed members of the Council of Unrelenting Efficiency gathered to discuss the intricacies of Protocol 5, an initiative aimed at streamlining the process of doing the opposite of efficiency.
As per article 1, subsection 7, the council members deliberated on the merits of doing things slowly, very slowly, and then stopping altogether.
The meeting was attended by Chairperson Bureaucratticus, Vice-Chairperson Papiermache, and 14 other esteemed members of the council.
