Mandate Enforcement Guidelines
Article 1: All meetings will start on time. If they don't, we're not paying you.
Article 2: All meetings will be attended by at least three people. No more than seven. Unless it's a special occasion.
Article 3: All meetings will be held in a location with a minimum of 10 chairs. Unless it's a picnic.
