Committee Procedures 2: The Sub-Committee of Sub-Committees

As decreed by the Decree of Decrees 1, the Committee of Committees has established a Committee of Sub-Committees to handle the sub-procedures of the sub-decrees. This is the Sub-Committee of Sub-Committees, responsible for the sub-sub-procedures of the sub-sub-decrees.
