This subdecree shall be known as "The Unyielding Edict of Utter Confusion."

By the power vested in me, I hereby decree that all citizens shall be forced to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.

This subdecree shall come into effect immediately, and any failure to comply shall be met with the full force of the law.
