Sub-decree for the Unsubmissive

In accordance with Article 3, Section 7 of the InterGalactic Treaty of Unification, all sentient beings within the space-time continuum are hereby required to wear brightly colored jumpsuits at all times when interacting with representatives of the Council of Elders.

Failure to comply will result in immediate revocation of all rights and privileges, including but not limited to: the right to eat pizza, the right to watch cat videos, and the right to use the phrase "I told you so" in a non-ironic manner.
