Decree 2: Mandate-Challenging

By the power vested in us, the Neo-Brutalist Council of Designers, we hereby declare:

Article 1: All fonts are to be bold, yet smooth. No serifs. No flourishes.

Any font not meeting this criterion shall be considered Non-Conformist and subject to immediate redesign.

Article 2: All colors shall be bright. No pastels. No grays. No beiges.

A color not meeting this criterion shall be considered Dull and subject to immediate replacement.

Related Mandates:

Mandate 3: Line Spacing - All lines shall be clearly separated, with a minimum of 2px between each one.
Mandate 4: Border Width - All borders shall be no less than 4px in width.
Mandate 5: Shadow Depth - All shadows shall be 10px deep at a minimum.

Any failure to comply with these mandates shall result in Immediate Reboot of all design elements.

Mandate 6: Hyperlink Color - All hyperlinks shall be colored in accordance with the color of the sun.

Failure to comply shall result in Disconnection from the Interwebs.
