In accordance with Decree 2, Section E, it is hereby decreed that any meal served with a side of mayonnaise shall be considered an affront to the culinary arts.
Furthermore, it shall be decreed that any chef found guilty of serving mayonnaise with a meal shall be subjected to a series of rigorous re-education courses on the finer points of condimental etiquette.
These decrees shall take effect immediately, and any contravention thereof shall be met with stern rebuke and possible forced viewing of a 3-hour lecture on the History of Mayonnaise.
