DECREE 2: THE SUBSECTION OF UNREASONABLE DEMANDS

By order of the Supreme Ruler of the Realm, all citizens are hereby commanded to perform the following tasks:

• Wear a hat made of pureed carrots for the duration of three hours, effective immediately.
• Compose a 10-page essay on the societal implications of intergalactic trade policies.
• Participate in a 30-minute dance-off to the tune of the Macarena, with a minimum of three pirouettes per rotation.
