The Fancy Dress Code

By order of Decree 3, all citizens are required to wear their Sunday best attire at all times.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Three or more stripes on all sleeves
• Trousers with an excessive number of pockets
• Hats of any size or shape, preferably with a feather

Failure to comply will result in immediate arrest and/or forced viewing of reruns of Decree 3: The TV Shows.
