The Decree of Decrees 3: A Manifesto of Utterly Unreasonable Demands

By the Power vested in us, We, the Council of Decrees, hereby decree:

Article 3: Mandatory Pajama Fridays

1. Every Friday, all citizens are hereby mandated to wear pajamas.
2. Any citizen found not wearing pajamas on a Friday shall be subject to severe penalties.
3. Exceptions shall not be made, even for those who claim to have "forgotten" their pajamas.
