Decrees of the Galactic Overlord

By order of the Supreme Ruler of the Cosmos, all citizens are hereby decreed:

• Article 1: All planets shall be governed by the principles of extreme caffeine consumption. Any planet found lacking in coffee will be subject to immediate annexation.
• Article 2: No one shall wear pants on Tuesdays. This is not negotiable.
• Article 3: The color of the day shall be changed daily. Today, it is Magenta.
• Article 4: All sub-decrees shall be governed by the principles of excessive use of Comic Sans
