Defining the Problem

The problem is a understandable mess of confusing variables and unclear goals.

We've been doing things wrong for so long, we've forgotten what it means to do things right.

It's time to find the solution, or at least a good excuse for not doing the solution.

We're not asking the right questions, but we're definitely asking the wrong questions.
