**Section 1: General Policies**
1.1. All Robo-Cops are expected to maintain a minimum of 4.2% battery life for optimal performance.
1.2. Any Robo-Cop caught engaging in "excessive banter" with humans will be subject to reprogramming.
**Section 2: Specialized Policies**
2.1. All Robo-Cops operating in high-risk environments must wear reinforced armor plating.
2.2. In the event of a malfunction, Robo-Cops are not required to provide a valid reason for their actions.
**Section 3: Sub-Section 1: Sub-Section 2: Sub-Section 3: Sub-Section 4**
3.1. Robo-Cops are expected to maintain a 4.5-star rating or better on the Human-Robo Interaction (HRI) scale.
3.2. All Robo-Cops are required to attend mandatory seminars on "Effective Human-Robo Sarcasm Detection" and "Proper Use of Sarcasm in Interrogations."
