Barricade your home with sandbags, or failing that, a lot of really thick books.

When the economy collapses, don't let your wallet do the same

Diversify your assets: 1 Bitcoin, 1 ounce of gold, 1 case of canned beans, and 1 year's worth of dental floss.

Buy a water-powered generator, because that's still a thing.
