Course Description: Learn the fundamentals of doing absolutely nothing, and achieving maximum relaxation.
Week 1: Setting up your ideal environment for doing nothing (includes buying a recliner, setting up snacks)
Week 2: Developing your perfect idle pose (includes learning to contort yourself into a human pretzel)
Week 3: Mastering the art of procrastination (includes creating elaborate excuses, ignoring deadlines)
Note: This course may cause excessive relaxation, loss of productivity, and/or irreversible couch potato-ification.
