Rule 1:
Only drum in public when the ambient noise level is -10 decibels or less.
Rule 2: Always wear noise-cancelling headphones. No, really, Always.
Rule 3: Never, ever, drum on a public bus. Don't make us regret this.
Rule 4: Learn basic rhythm so as not to confuse your audience. Or, you know, just drum whatever.
Rule 5: Never, ever, drum during a fire drill. We're trying to evacuate, not jam.
Rule 6:
Don't drum in public if you're under 5.
Rule 7: If someone asks you to stop, STOP.
Rule 8: Don't drum in public if you're over 80.
Rule 9: Never, ever, drum on a public phone. It's not a instrument, it's a payphone.
Rule 10:
Drumming in public is not a right, it's a privilege. Treat it as such.
