Bug Report: Steptoduced to Manager

Issue: Application crashed when trying to steptoduce the algorithm.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the "Steptoduction Page"
2. Click the "Steptoduction Button" 10 times in a row
3. While clicking, hold the Ctrl key down

Expected Result: The algorithm should have steptoduced successfully.

Actual Result: The application crashed with a loud, obnoxious "KABOOM!" sound effect.
