Section 1: Jokes are Required

By order of the Ministry of Mirth, you are required to laugh at all official jokes. Failure to comply will result in mandatory attendance at a re-education camp.

Example Joke 1: Why did the chicken cross the road?

Because it was a fowl move!

Section 2: Puns are Mandatory

By order of the Council of Puns, you are required to use puns in all official documents. Failure to comply will result in a fine of 100 units of Punderstanding.

Example Punt: Why did the cat join a band? Because it wanted to be the purr-cussionist!

Section 3: Absurdity is Encouraged

We are pleased to announce that absurdity is now a required aspect of all official communications. Please include at least one absurd sentence in all reports.

Example Absurdity: The sky is blue, but also possibly also possibly not.
