By order of the Ministry of Overzealous Regulation, all citizens are required to report any instances of non-compliance with the rules of Section 4-4. Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: fines, imprisonment, and/or forced attendance of mandatory re-education seminars.
