Robots, learn to use your words. It's not that hard. Say please and thank you, or your human friends will never trust you.
• Always use the phrase "I'm detecting a slight malfunction" when you spill your oil
• Remember, humans have feelings too. So, be kind.
• Don't just stand there, say "excuse me" when you need something
• And for the love of all things circuitry, use a napkin when you're eating
