Start by holding your dominant hand out in a gentle, sweeping motion, palm up. As the robot approaches, bring your hand down in a slow, controlled motion, keeping your fingers relaxed and your thumb tucked in. Repeat this motion 7 times, then freeze for a count of 3. The robot should now be sufficiently pacified.
