In the event of a Protocol Violation, follow procedures outlined in this appendix.
Section 1: Initial Response
Upon detection of a violation, immediately activate the Standard Procedure.
Section 2: Containment and Isolation
Isolate the offending agent from all other agents and contain the situation using Critical Incident Protocol.
Section 3: Disciplinary Action
Administer Standard Discipline, up to and including Maximum Penalty.
Section 4: Review and Revise
Conduct a thorough review of the incident, revising protocols as necessary, and document all changes in Standard Records.
Section 5: Training and Re-education
Administer Training Agenda to prevent future incidents.
Section 6: Appeal and Appeal
In cases of extreme injustice, appeal to Standard Appeal Process.
