Zero Tolerance Protocol Annex 2: The Bathroom Surveillance Edition
As per the Zero Tolerance Protocol, all bathroom activities are strictly monitored.
Annex 2, Section 4, Subsection 1: "No flushing after Number 2s shall be allowed."
**Warning:** Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:
- Immediate re-issuance of 17 consecutive parking tickets
- Confiscation of all snack privileges for 2 weeks
- Assignment of 3 additional hours of mandatory meditation
- Forfeiture of 1stborn status
