Official Orders: Zero Tolerance Protocol

By order of the Ministry of Bureaucracy, all citizens are hereby instructed to:

• Wear only neon-colored clothing, including but not limited to: neon pink jumpsuits, yellow striped socks, and green polka-dot ties.
• Carry a minimum of 5 novelty bubble wands at all times.
• Conduct all personal business transactions through the use of interpretive dance.
• Address all authority figures with the title "Supreme Ruler of the Realm".

Failure to comply will result in severe penalties, including but not limited to: Bubble Penalties, Fines, and/or Revocation of all privileges.
