Phase 2: The Greeting Technique

In Phase 2, you'll be introduced to the art of proper greeting technique. This is not for the faint of heart.

Example Situations

Zero Tolerance Greeting Protocol

1. Approach the subject with a firm handshake and a firmer stare.

2. Maintain eye contact for at least 3.5 seconds, or until the subject flinches.

3. Use a title that includes your name, rank, and a hint at your authority.

Failure to comply with the zero tolerance protocol will result in:

• Reassignment to Night Shift.
• Probationary Suspension of all privileges.
• Mandatory viewing of 3 hours of motivational videos.
