By implementing Phase 3, you are agreeing to the following:
1. We reserve the right to whisper your name over the loudspeaker during meetings.
2. We will not provide any written warnings, but will instead use hushed tones to convey our displeasure.
3. You will be required to attend mandatory whispering sessions twice a week.
